Kate Anne Studio custom wedding suites begin with a blank slate, allowing you to create the wedding suite of your dreams from scratch. Our process includes either an in person or virtual meeting to understand the vision you have for your wedding, and then we begin bringing that vision to life through paper. The custom suite process includes custom illustrations, special color palettes, and spot calligraphy to create a suite that is unique to you and your story. Please fill out the general request form, even if you are unsure of what exactly you are wanting, we will meet to get a better idea of your wants and needs.

THE CONSULTATION

After an initial quote is requested, an estimate will be sent over and we will schedule a meeting to dive a bit deeper into the design process. We will explore printing methods, paper options, and color palettes and look for details that we can tie through the suite. At the end of this process, a more detailed proposal and mood board will be sent for your approval.

THE PROCESS BOOK

After The Consultation, the design process begins and we will begin developing your Process Book. The custom Process Book includes your mood board, initial sketches, ink selections, and the first mock-ups of your suite including embellishment options. After three rounds of revisions, your suite will be sent to production.

PRODUCTION

After final approval of all proofs, your suites will go into production. This process takes a minimum of two weeks, and includes assembly of all invitations. We offer stamping, sealing and mailing for an additional charge. All couples will receive a photographer's set for the wedding day and a couple keepsake sets for themselves.
